IBDFrontiers is a 501(c)(3) registered not-for-profit organization that was founded to provide educational opportunities in the field of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD).

Event Registration and Payment

3.2 All fees are stated in USD and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in the specific event’s refund policy (published on the event page).
3.3 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any event. In case of cancellation by us, registered participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.
Submission and Posting of Research Papers & Abstracts
4.1 By uploading any research paper, abstract, presentation, poster, or other scholarly material (“Submitted Content”), you grant IBDFrontiers a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and archive the Submitted Content on the Website and in our repositories.
4.2 You represent and warrant that:
You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and license the Submitted Content.
The Submitted Content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
The Submitted Content complies with all applicable laws and ethical guidelines (including IRB/ethics committee approval where required).
4.3 We reserve the right to remove any Submitted Content at our sole discretion without notice.
